With a strong pipeline of new product initiatives and strategic projects ahead, this role offers the chance to influence outcomes from concept through to market.The OpportunityReporting to the Chief Legal Officer, you will be the lead legal adviser across product-related matters and provide strategic guidance to key stakeholders across the business.Key responsibilities include:Advising on the full lifecycle of investment products, from development and launch through to ongoing operation and enhancementSupporting major product initiatives, restructures and strategic projectsReviewing and advising on disclosure documentation, trust deeds and other fund-related legal documentationProviding guidance on regulatory, governance and risk matters impacting investment productsPartnering closely with Product,



Compliance and broader business teamsManaging relationships with external legal advisers and other key stakeholdersMentoring and supporting a Legal Counsel within the teamAbout YouYou are an experienced legal professional who enjoys partnering with the business and providing practical, commercially focused advice.You will bring:8+ years post-admission experienceExperience gained within funds management, financial services or a leading private practice environmentStrong exposure to investment products and funds management frameworksExperience advising on complex legal and regulatory mattersExcellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skillsA commercial mindset with the ability to balance legal risk and business outcomesWhat's on Offer?
