Valuations Manager | Corporate Finance | Brisbane CBDStep into a manager role where you own the valuation, lead the client conversation and build the team around you.About The RoleA well-regarded Brisbane firm is looking for a Valuations Manager to run a broad range of valuation engagements and deliver independent, reliable advice to clients.
You will take ownership of projects from analysis through to the final report, form your own view on business and equity value, and act as a trusted adviser to Directors and Partners.
The Corporate Finance team also covers M&A; and financial due diligence, so there is scope to broaden your experience over time.
This is a Brisbane based role with 2 days working from home, and relocation assistance is available for the right international applicant.What You Will Be DoingManaging valuation engagements including PPAs and intangible asset valuations, convertible notes, employee equity valuations and impairment testingAnalysing financial data in detail to make sure every valuation is accurateLeading management interviews and identifying key issuesForming a view on business and equity value for discussion with the Director or PartnerPreparing detailed comparable company and transaction analysisManaging the writing of business valuation reportsContributing to business development and identifying current workMentoring,
