My Care Living is seeking a dedicated and experienced female Disability Support Worker for active night shifts in the Springwood area.This role requires a female support worker as a genuine occupational requirement due to personal care needs and participant preference.This role is for someone who is calm under pressure, experienced in high-intensity support, and reliable when it matters.

You will provide hands-on overnight support, not inactive monitoring.You will:Deliver active overnight support, including personal care, mobility support, safety monitoring, and responding to needs throughout the nightAdminister medication safely and accurately according to support plansSupport high-intensity and complex care needs, including wound care where requiredUse safe manual handling and hoists for transfers and mobilityRespond calmly during periods of distress or complex behaviour, using patience and de-escalationMaintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation, progress notes, and incident reportsCommunicate effectively with the participant, team, and relevant professionalsWork as part of a team, follow support plans,
