THISBOWL are looking for motivated Event Crew to work with us between 8 -31 January **** at the Australian Open.The RoleAs an Event Crew Member at THISBOWL you'll be an ambassador of our core values.
You will be responsible for providing personalised guest experiences, walking our customers through the menu and making wholesome bowls from scratch.Skills and experienceYou'll have:A background working in food, restaurants, and/or customer experience (highly desirable)Excellent communication skillsA team player mindset and a positive can-do attitudeConfidence working in a fast-paced environmentExperience as a quick and adaptable learnerCharacteristics reflective of THISBOWL's ethos: self-motivated, positivity, service-oriented, flexible, and ethical with a high degree of integrity.Key ResponsibilitiesWorking with fellow Event Crew, Supervisors, and Managers, you'll be expected to deliver an exceptional customer experience and create delicious bowls.You'll be expected to:Make wholesome bowls from scratchDeliver superior customer service, to every customer, every timeOperate a point-of-sale (POS) register to complete customer transactionsLearn and maintain knowledge of our menuMaintain critical standards of food quality, daily food safety, and sanitationLive out THISBOWL's people and culture standards by contributing to an excellent work culture.Why THISBOWL?
