This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday on a rotating roster between 8am to 8pm (NSW time).
You will be required to work at Macquarie University in Macquarie Park NSW.
At times you may have the opportunity to work from home or at a Medibank retail store but this role is predominantly working at the uni.As a member of the Overseas team, a premium service centre, you support a one-stop-shop for all our overseas member needs.
Working in a collaborative environment you'll be providing support, advice and value to our overseas students in relation to their health insurance.This role is perfect for someone looking to grow their customer service and sales capabilities while building a rewarding career with Medibank.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding a quality service for our valued customersService an end-to-end solution for our Overseas customersIdentifying and highlighting opportunities to improve the member and billing agent experienceOccasional presentations to stakeholders and customersAssisting customers face-to-face, over the phone (inbound and outbound calls), via emails and over messagingAbout YouWe are looking for empathetic and motivated people who are great at communicating via all channels in a compassionate and friendly manner.
