Untitled Group is looking for a Tour Operations Coordinator to join our Touring team on a permanent basis.
You'll work closely with our Tour Operations Managers and Promoters across every operational layer of a tour, budgeting, ticket onsales, artist contracting, venue booking and the small logistical threads that have to come together for a tour to actually work.
You'll be the person artists, crew, agents and venues rely on to keep things moving, compliant and on time.We're after someone with 2+ years of hands-on tour or event operations experience in music or entertainment, who's as comfortable in a spreadsheet building a tour budget as they are on a phone chasing a venue contact the day before a show.ABOUT USUntitled Group is Australia's largest independent music and events company, and the team behind festivals including Beyond The Valley, Wildlands, Ability Fest, and Pitch Music & Arts.

maintaining our contact and deals databasePlanning and coordinating artist itineraries, travel, accommodation and technical requirementsWorking with artists, management, agents and production teams to nail down show needsDistributing itineraries and managing schedules for artists and tour teamsProviding operational support during shows and festivals, including on-site logistics and accreditationMaintaining accurate file management and documentation systemsCreating artist performance and audience reportsMonitoring releases, campaigns and key sales initiativesBuilding and maintaining relationships with artists, agents, promoters and venuesSupporting strategies to maximise ticket sales and revenue growthSpotting trends and opportunities in live entertainmentWHAT YOU BRING2+ years' experience in tour operations, tour or event coordination, or similar in music or entertainmentSolid knowledge of the Australian music landscape; international exposure is a plusStrong Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Suite skills, plus experience with project management platforms like Asana or Monday.comExperience with Adobe Acrobat/PDF tools; contract management system experience a plusSharp attention to detail and strong organisational skillsA proactive, problem-solving mindset and genuine interest in process and efficiencyExperience managing budgets, contracts and permits to keep tours delivered on time, within scope and compliantSTRENGTHS, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTESOrganised and detail-orientedAbility to multitask and manage competing prioritiesProactive and resourceful in problem-solvingCollaborative team player with a genuine passion for live musicStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships across artists, promoters and production teams
