JK Formwork is looking for an experienced Project Manager or Project Engineer to join our growing civil construction team in Brisbane.We specialise in civil formwork and concrete construction, working across a range of infrastructure and civil projects throughout South East Queensland.PROJECT MANAGER / PROJECT ENGINEERJK Formwork Pty Ltd | Brisbane, QLDJK Formwork is looking for an experienced Project Manager or Project Engineer to join our growing civil construction team in Brisbane.We specialise in civil formwork and concrete construction, working across a range of infrastructure and civil projects throughout South East Queensland.The RoleThis is a hands-on role suited to someone who understands civil construction and is comfortable managing projects from planning through to completion.Your responsibilities will include:Managing and coordinating civil construction projectsProgramming and planning worksReviewing drawings, specifications and project requirementsProcurement of materials and subcontractorsLiaising with clients, engineers, supervisors and site crewsPreparing and managing variationsTracking project costs, quantities and progressAssisting with estimating and tenderingManaging project documentation and QA requirementsMonitoring safety, quality and programme requirementsAttending site and client meetingsHelping ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budgetWhat We're Looking ForIdeally, you will have:Experience as a Project Manager,
Project Engineer or Site Engineer within civil constructionCivil Engineering or Construction Management qualifications preferredStrong understanding of civil drawings and specificationsExperience with concrete and/or formwork highly regardedGood commercial awareness and ability to manage project costsStrong communication and organisational skillsAbility to work independently and make decisionsAustralian construction experience preferredCurrent Australian driver's licenceFull Australian working rightsExperience working with civil contractors, councils, TMR or major infrastructure contractors would be highly regarded.Why Join JK Formwork?
