You'll take projects from concept through commissioning, combining complex design work with practical site involvement and the prospect to lead and mentor engineers.ResponsibilitiesDevelop electrical designs, drawings, specifications and technical reports that support safe, reliable and efficient power systems.Conduct investigations, studies and detailed power system analysis across industrial, mining and utility projects.Manage project schedules and budgets, lead small teams and collaborate directly with clients.Support site data collection, equipment configuration, testing, troubleshooting and commissioning.Contribute to proposals and quotations, while coaching and mentoring junior engineers.ExperienceEssential:A degree in Electrical Engineering and extensive experience in industrial power systems.Strong experience preparing design documentation, specifications, scopes of work and technical reports.The ability to manage small project teams and communicate confidently with clients, suppliers, contractors and other engineering disciplines.RPEQ registration,
