Founded in ****, this company is now the leading supplier of cabinerty and stone bench tops in Australia.As an Allrounder Storeperson, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of organisation and efficiency.
Your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver quality service to our customers and support the continued growth of our family-owned business.This is a Casual role that will lead to permanency - 7:30am start to 3:30pmKey responsibilitiesReceiving, checking and processing incoming stock and deliveries to ensure accuracy and quality standards are metOrganising and storing goods in designated warehouse areasPicking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch in accordance with customer requirements and delivery schedulesOperating Forklifts to unload stock, put away and dispatchConducting regular stock counts and inventory reconciliation to maintain accurate recordsMaintaining a clean,
protected and organised warehouse environment in compliance with health and safety regulationsAssisting with general warehouse duties and supporting team members as requiredIdentifying and reporting any discrepancies, damage or quality issues to managementWhat we're looking forProven experience as a storeperson, warehouse operative or similar role within the warehousing, storage and distribution industryExperience operating a counterbalance ForkliftExcellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling stock and documentationPhysical fitness and ability to perform manual handling duties regularly (not heavy)Solid understanding of health and safety requirements in warehouse environmentsReliable, punctual and committed to maintaining consistent work standardsBasic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems (preferred)Be careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
