Torfar Constructions is looking for a fully qualified, competent carpenter to join our growing renovation team across Greater Brisbane, working on full renovations from bathrooms and kitchens through to entire homes.
You must have your own tools and vehicle, and an immediate start is available.

We have a steady flow of work and a reputation for quality finishes and reliable service, and we're looking for a skilled carpenter to join our team.The roleYou'll work across a range of renovation projects, mainly bathrooms, as well as small residential renos.
Day-to-day work includes:Strip-outs and demolitionWall and floor framing, including re-framing and levelling for bathroom layoutsInstalling noggins and blocking for fixtures, vanities and accessoriesSheeting (including villaboard/wet area board)Window and door installs,



architraves and skirtingFit-off and finishing carpentryWorking alongside plumbers, electricians, waterproofers and tilers to keep jobs on scheduleAbout youQualified carpenter, or significant hands‐on renovation experienceCompetent across all aspects of renovation work, especially bathroomsSelf‐motivated and able to work unsupervisedTakes pride in clean, quality workmanship and leaves sites tidyReliable, punctual and positive with homeownersOwn tools and own vehicle (essential)Current White Card and driver's licenceABN preferred but not essential (wages also available)What we offerFull‐time position offered for the right candidateFrom $45+ per hour, negotiable based on experienceFlexible engagement: wages or subcontract, whichever suits youA supportive, organised team with well‐planned, properly scoped jobs
