Personal Care Worker - South and East MelbourneHourly rate of $*****Uniform and PPE providedTravel km's paid between clientsHourly rate of $*****Uniform and PPE providedTravel km's paid between clientsPersonal Care Worker- Community BasedWe're looking for a compassionate and reliable Personal Care Worker to support Home Care clients across Melbourne's South and Eastern suburbs, including Caulfield, Bentleigh, Highett, Moorabbin, Glen Iris, St Kilda, Port Melbourne, Ringwood, Boronia, Croydon, Upper Ferntree Gully, Glen Waverley, Doncaster, Donvale and surrounding areas.In this rewarding role, you'll provide personalised, in-home care and support to help clients maintain their independence and wellbeing, while building genuine connections and making a positive difference every day.
Hours are generally between 8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work.Depending on each client's individual needs, your duties may include:Personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)Showering and grooming supportRespite careLight domestic assistanceAs you'll be supporting multiple clients across different locations throughout your shift,



you'll need access to a reliable vehicle and be comfortable travelling across the region.
