CommBank's Consumer Finance team is looking for a Strategic Partnerships Senior Manager to join our Future Experiences & Growth team, supporting the development of premium customer experiences, propositions and strategic partnerships.We're building Australia's leading premium card experience by bringing together world‐class brands, benefits and experiences that create meaningful value for our customers.
Strategic partnerships play a critical role in helping us deliver differentiated propositions, deepen customer engagement and unlock new growth opportunities.The Role.As the Strategic Partnerships Senior Manager, you'll identify, negotiate and grow strategic partnerships that enhance our Premium Card propositions and create compelling benefits and experiences for our Premium Cardholders.
You'll work with leading brands to develop customer propositions, then partner across CommBank to bring those experiences to life.
You'll take ideas from concept through to delivery, ensuring customer benefits are embedded within the CommBank experience and continue to evolve over time.You will:Identify and secure strategic partnerships that strengthen our premium card propositionDevelop compelling customer offers, advantages and experiencesNegotiate commercial arrangements that deliver value for customers and partnersBuild business cases and recommendations for senior stakeholdersWork across Product, Marketing, Legal, Risk,



Operations and Technology teams to deliver partnerships into marketManage partner performance and identify opportunities to optimise customer and commercial outcomesTranslate customer insights and partnership opportunities into future growth initiativesWe're Interested In People Who HaveExperience in partnerships, proposition, product, commercial growth or strategic alliance rolesDemonstrated success sourcing, negotiating and managing commercial partnershipsStrong commercial acumen, stakeholder management and influencing capabilityExperience building compelling customer offers, benefits, propositions or experiencesExperience taking ideas & products from proposition through to implementation and customer delivery (working with digital, operations and marketing teams)Strong customer and commercial mindset, with the ability to balance growth, customer outcomes and riskExperience within cards, payments, loyalty, rewards, travel, retail, hospitality, premium customer propositions or related customer engagement environmentsSuccess in this role.You'll create partnerships that differentiate Australia's leading premium card offering, launch experiences that customers value, and deliver measurable growth in customer engagement, loyalty and spend.We're aware of some accessibility issues on this site, particularly for screen reader users.
