scopeand estimateManage multiple projects at any giventime ranging from $**** to $500,000Liaise with loss adjusters and insurance contactsSchedule and manage tradesCompleteall WHS required – including risk assessments and SWMSAttend emergency makesafe jobs and be a part of the AIB on-call rosterLearn, use and maintainworkflow system ( Experience with PRIME Ecosystem and advantage )Candidate requirements:Insurance assessing/estimating/supervision experienceRelevant licenses and tertiary education - Cert IV Building & Construction / carpentry LicenseExtensive knowledge of WHS and the BCAAbility to access and provide roofing reports preferredWorking at heights preferredAbility to work in a team environmentAbility to build/maintainrelationships with clients/insurers/brokersCustomer focused and professional attitudeAbility to handle pressureGood problem solving skills and pro active personalityFriendly and personable mannerStrong time management skills and ability to multitaskCompetent with Microsoft Office and OutlookCurrent driver's license
