The Prospect Reporting directly to the General Manager, this pivotal leadership role is responsible for overseeing the performance, maintenance and continuous improvement of multiple processing facilities.
You will lead Facility Supervisors and work closely with operations, maintenance, contractors and suppliers to ensure safe, reliable and efficient plant performance.
Key Responsibilities Include
Leading daily operations and maintenance activities to maximise plant utilisation and reliabilityManaging the maintenance,



availability and performance of fixed and mobile plant equipmentCoordinating responses to critical breakdowns and driving timely resolutionPlanning and delivering plant upgrades, capital projects and improvement initiativesManaging contractors, vendors and service providers to ensure quality, safety and valueDriving compliance with safety systems, regulatory requirements and company standardsManaging maintenance and project budgetsLeading, coaching and developing maintenance and operations teamsIdentifying opportunities to improve equipment reliability, plant performance and operational efficiency
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Qualifications in Engineering, Maintenance, Business, or a related discipline, or a relevant trade backgroundExperience working within liquid processing, recycling, waste management, chemical dosing, wash plant, manufacturing or industrial processing environmentsDemonstrated leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teamsStrong knowledge of plant maintenance, reliability and asset management principlesExperience delivering capital projects and continuous improvement initiativesA proactive approach to safety leadership and risk managementExcellent problem-solving, stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong commercial acumen and the ability to drive operational outcomes
