Senior Associate Lawyer with a minimum of 3+ years' post admission experience in family law to join the law practice on a full time basis, 12 months contract with strong likelihood for the role to become on-going.
You will manage a diverse range of family law matters, provide tailored legal advice and represent clients in court.
The role involves drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, instructing counsel when required and collaborating closely with other legal professionals.
You will have regular client contact, guide them through their challenging moments and provide in-depth advice supported by detailed case research and staying up to date with developments in family law.
You will also be mentoring junior lawyers and contribute to growth through strategic business development.Key responsibilitiesConduct and manage family law cases end to end, including advice, negotiations and litigationDraft legal documents,
