Job DescriptionYou will be responsible for supervising residential construction projects in the following stages:Commencement through to enclosedEnclosed through to fixingFixing through to practical completion and handoverWhile Supervisors may be allocated specific stages depending on workload, you must have the experience and capability to manage a residential build from start to finish.Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and material deliveriesMaintaining construction schedules and project timelinesConducting site inspections and monitoring workmanshipEnsuring homes are built to approved plans, specifications and quality standardsDocument the process with photographic recordsMonitoring budgets, materials and progress claimsMaintaining accurate job updates within the scheduling systemManaging defects and rectification worksEnsuring compliance with WHS, QBCC, NCC and relevant construction standardsCommunicating with clients and internal departmentsAttending construction meetings and providing accurate project updatesAbout the EmployerOur client is an established residential builder operating across Townsville.They have a structured approach to site supervision, with projects divided into construction stages depending on workload.
