Reporting directly to the Maintenance Superintendent, you'll be responsible for leading maintenance activities across your shift and ensuring the safe and productive operation of plant and equipment.You'll coordinate maintenance priorities, support your team during breakdowns, drive preventative maintenance activities, and work closely with production teams to minimise downtime and maximise reliability.This role is about more than keeping equipment running.It's about leading people, building capability, creating accountability, and helping shape the future of maintenance at JBS Dinmore.Key Responsibilities:Lead and support a team of approximately 10 tradespeopleCoordinate maintenance activities and priorities across your shiftManage breakdown response and equipment reliabilityDrive preventative maintenance programs and continuous improvement initiativesWork closely with production teams to minimise downtimeMaintain high standards of safety, food safety and complianceCoach, mentor and develop team membersMonitor team performance and drive operational outcomesSupport a positive and engaged team cultureAbout You.We're looking for a leader first and a tradesperson second.You will ideally bring:Trade qualification as a Fitter or Electrician or relevant qualificationsPrevious experience leading maintenance teams within manufacturing, FMCG, food processing or pharmaceuticalsStrong people leadership and communication skillsExperience managing breakdowns,
