THE ROLE
We are seeking a motivated and guest-focused Casual All-Rounder to work across both Housekeeping and Reception at Tamworth Holiday Park.
This is a genuinely varied, hands‐on role where you'll work across both areas depending on the operational needs of the park.
You'll help ensure our cabins and facilities are clean, comfortable and presented to a high standard, while also providing friendly and efficient service to guests at reception.
The role includes weekend work and requires availability across a 7-day rotating roster, with shifts and hours varying based on business needs.
From time to time, you may also be required to participate in an on-call roster to assist with after-hours guest enquiries or operational matters.
Responsibilities
Clean and present guest cabins and accommodation to a high standardClean bathrooms, amenities,



camp kitchens and shared facilitiesRestock linen, toiletries, cleaning products and guest supplies as requiredMaintain the cleanliness and presentation of communal and recreational areasIdentify and report maintenance or safety issues to managementSupport the overall presentation and cleanliness of the park
Reception
Welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out processesManage reservations, guest enquiries and telephone callsProcess payments and undertake cash handling dutiesProvide local area information and deliver friendly, professional guest serviceComplete general reception and administrative tasksAssist with after-hours guest enquiries when participating in the on-call roster
As an All-Rounder, you'll be expected to work across both Housekeeping and Reception depending on the operational needs of the park.
Flexibility and a willingness to undertake hands‐on cleaning duties are essential to the role.
ABOUT YOU
To thrive in this role, you'll bring:
Previous experience in a holiday park, hotel or hospitality environment (preferred)A willingness to undertake both reception and hands‐on housekeeping duties as a core part of the roleExperience using reservation systems (RMS experience highly regarded, but training can be provided)A friendly, positive and guest-focused attitudeStrong customer service and communication skillsA hands‐on approach with excellent attention to detailSound computer skills, including Microsoft OfficeThe ability to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent personal presentation and reliabilityFlexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends, and participate in an on-call roster as requiredAvailability for an immediate start will be highly regarded

Remuneration
The rate of pay for this role will be in accordance with the Hospitality Industry (General) Award.
