Elderly Care is seeking a dedicated Lifestyle Coordinator to join our Bayview Place facility in Queensland.
This full time role focuses on designing engaging lifestyle programs to enhance residents' wellbeing and independence.You will work with a multidisciplinary team, facilitate activities, coordinate volunteers, and maintain records to monitor participation and outcomes.
Experience in aged care and Cert IV in Lifestyle are required.
