The building is an iconic 40 suite Commercial building situated in the heart of Milsons Point, overlooking Lavender Bay and Sydney Harbour.The role is part time at 20 hours per week.
Currently the site is attended 8am - 12pm Monday - Friday however there may be some flexibility in site attendance times following discussion.This role is to provide cover for extended leave and is initially offered on a six month contract basis,



however for the right candidate there may be ongoing opportunities.What We OfferA skilled and supportive work environmentOngoing training and developmentSupport from the Regional Manager and wider teamCareer progression opportunities within a growing businessKey ResponsibilitiesAssist with the day-to-day operation of the buildingBuild positive relationships with owners, tenants and committee membersCoordinate contractors and service providersAssist with maintenance requests and follow up outstanding worksConduct common property inspectionsAssist with preventative maintenance programsMonitor building presentation and identify maintenance issuesHelp prepare reports and communications for stakeholdersSupport compliance with WHS policies and proceduresProvide exceptional customer service to tenants and visitorsAbout YouYou will have:A background in Property Management, Facilities Management, Strata or trade services.Minimum 2 years of Building Management ExperienceStrong administration skillsCustomer Service focusClear communication skills both written and verbalAn understanding of WHS systems and processes
