With a steady and ongoing line of work across the Moreton Bay, Sunshine Coast & Brisbane Region, you will be exposed to a broad variety of civil, land and cadastral surveying, using the latest equipment and technology while working in a fast paced, busy environment where no two days are the same.This position also offers you the prospect to progress your Surveying career with the Surveyors Board of Queensland while being supported by a team of experienced and goal driven professionals.Summary of Key ResponsibilitiesIncluding, but not limited to:Conduct precise and accurate surveys, ensuring high quality outputs that meet legislation and code of conduct.Undertake a diverse range of tasks civil, land and cadastral surveys, including field work, office calculations, pre-calculations, preparation of reports, documentation, sketches and data processing.Operation of modern surveying equipment and technologyCollaboration with Surveyors, Town Planners and Drafting TeamLiaison with landholders, clients, and project stakeholdersEquipment maintenanceContribute to safe work practices and project planningProviding supporting evidence and documentation for Local Government Authority condition complianceMaintain the highest standards of quality and accuracy for all outputs, by following our Quality Management System and report all non-conformitiesAbout YouMinimum five years' experience across a diverse range of civil, land and cadastral surveying projectsSurveyors Board of Queensland RegistrationProven experience as a Surveyor, with exposure to cadastral based projectsSound field surveying, calculation and data processing capabilitiesStrong organisational and time management skills, ensuring accuracy and high-quality resultsThe ability to communicate effectively with clients,



colleagues and other project stakeholdersProficiency with surveying equipment and software (Trimble Total Station, GNSS & Magnet software)The ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a broader teamA current Australian drivers licence is required (manual preferred)A current Construction Induction Safety certificate (white card) is requiredYou must have full Australian working rights, as sponsorship is not available for this position.Why Murray & Associates?
