You'll manage accounting, tax and cash flow while partnering with senior stakeholders to drive financial integrity and support strategic investment decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee financial management, reporting, and cash flow for group entities and trustsPrepare consolidated financial statements, budgets, forecasts,



and variance analysesManage inter-entity transactions, distributions, and loan accounts across the groupLead tax compliance including BAS, income tax, trust distributions, Division 7A, and CGTPartner with external tax advisers to ensure ATO and private group governance complianceMaintain robust internal controls, policies, and regulatory filings (ASIC, ATO, trust deeds)Manage property accounting, investment tracking, and financial due diligence on acquisitionsAbout YouCA/CPA qualified with 8+ years' experience in either Big-4/ mid-tier advisory (CFO advisory or private clients), family offices or real estate investment environmentsStrong technical knowledge of Australian and international tax, trust structures, and inter-entity accountingCommercially astute communicator, skilled in managing complex group structures and stakeholders
