financial management and reportingGovernance and strategyInformation systems, security and other technology related risksInternal and external auditIn addition to the above, candidates should have experience of one or more of the following:Audit and risk committee memberQueensland governmentEducation sectorMeeting preparation and attendance at five scheduled meetings is required each year as no proxies are allowed.These are remunerated positions, which are in Brisbane CBD.
