At Rauland, we partner with enterprise, hospital and aged care providers to solve some of healthcare's most critical challenges through smart, connected technology.We're looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to create intuitive, user-centred digital experiences used every day in hospitals and aged-care facilities across Australia.The OpportunityIn this role, you'll be focused on transforming complex user needs into thoughtful design solutions that support clinicians, patients, residents, and care teams.
You'll work across the full design lifecycle—from research and discovery through to prototyping and testing—collaborating closely with Product Managers, Developers, and cross-functional teams to shape and deliver impactful digital products.What You'll Be DoingLead and contribute to user research, usability testing, and discovery activitiesDesign intuitive and accessible user experiences aligned to product strategyCreate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools like FigmaTranslate complex workflows into clear user journeys and interfacesCollaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutionsContribute to and evolve design systems for consistency across productsAdvocate for user-centred design and share design thinking with stakeholdersAbout YouYou're a user-focused designer who combines research,
