This is an opportunity to join a well-established boutique practice renowned for its expertise across planning, environmental, valuation, compulsory acquisition and heritage law.

Our client is a leading specialist planning, environment, valuation and heritage law practice with a longstanding reputation for excellence in the market.
The firm advises on a broad range of planning and environmental matters, appearing regularly in the Land and Environment Court and acting on behalf of government, corporate and private clients.
Due to its collaborative structure, lawyers benefit from direct access to senior practitioners and hands‐on involvement in significant and complex matters from an early stage.
About the Role
As a Planning & Environment Lawyer, you will:
Advise on Environmental Planning and Assessment mattersAppear in and assist with proceedings in the Land and Environment CourtBrief and instruct CounselLiaise with councils, the EPA and other regulatory authoritiesAdvise clients on planning,



development and environmental compliance mattersWork across a broad mix of advisory and litigation mattersBuild strong client relationships while working closely with senior lawyers and industry experts
About You
You will ideally have:
Minimum 2 years' post-admission experienceExperience advising on Environmental Planning and Assessment mattersExperience dealing with councils, the EPA and other regulatory agenciesStrong communication and client relationship skillsA collaborative approach and willingness to work within a close-knit teamExcellent drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills
