workmanship and safety standardsBuilding strong relationships with clients and key stakeholdersManaging variations, project risks and value-engineering opportunitiesEnsuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to specificationWorking closely with internal teams to support project delivery across South East QueenslandAbout YouYou'll bring a practical understanding of commercial HVAC installations, strong project management skills and the ability to lead people while keeping projects on track.Ideally, you'll have:Experience delivering commercial HVAC or mechanical services projectsStrong knowledge of mechanical services installation and site operationsThe ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and project schedulesExperience managing project costs, subcontractors and deadlinesCommercial awareness and knowledge of relevant Australian and New Zealand StandardsStrong communication, organisation and leadership skillsAround five or more years of commercial HVAC industry experienceFull working rights in AustraliaInterested in a confidential conversation?
