In the role of Associate, you will join the Trade Working Capital team that's doubling down on customer obsession and keeping it simple, with a mandate to grow.
Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:
Support Directors and senior stakeholders in managing and growing a portfolio of Trade & Working Capital CIB clientsDrive delivery of annual reviews across client portfolios, owning timelines and outcomes end-to-endAssist with account management for Trade and Corporate Receivables clientsContribute to portfolio performance by supporting ongoing ROE managementDeliver excellent customer experiences that strengthen advocacy for TWC and NABBuild internal awareness of TWC solutions by partnering with stakeholders across the bankShare insights and build capability across TWC products,



supporting continuous improvementBe a key driver in maintaining our position as the #1 Corporate & Institutional Bank for Trade & Supply Chain Finance by Relationship Strength Index and NPS
We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers.
You'll need:
Solid experience in banking, financial services or a related environmentExposure to Trade Finance, Working Capital or lending products (e.g. letters of credit, guarantees, invoice finance, supply chain finance)Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work across teamsHigh attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, timeliness and risk awarenessA customer-first mindset with a drive to continuously improve processes and outcome
