You'll help keep housing operations running smoothly, provide administrative support and ensure tenants receive professional, respectful and timely service.Key responsibilitiesMaintain accurate tenant records, tenancy agreements, correspondence and housing documentationRespond to telephone, email and general enquiries from tenants, community members and other stakeholdersAssist with property records, inspection scheduling, maintenance enquiries and general tenancy processesEnter and update information in housing management systems, ensuring records are accurate and up to dateAssist with appointments, inspections, documentation, reporting and follow-up activitiesHelp ensure enquiries, requests and administrative tasks are recorded, directed appropriately and completed on timeTravel across our footprint engaging and supporting our Aboriginal tenantsAbout youGood communication and customer service skillsStrong organisation, time management and attention to detailConfidence using computers, email and Microsoft OfficeThe ability to work independently and contribute to a supportive teamA respectful, professional and culturally informed approach when working with Aboriginal families and communitiesExperience in administration, reception, real estate, property management or community services would be highly regardedWillingness to learn,
