Senior Radio Expert - LTE / E-UTRAN Design & OptimisationOur client is seeking an experienced LTE Radio Expert to lead RF design and optimisation workstreams on a major railway communications project.
You will be the key technical point of contact for radio design and optimisation and oversee the quality and progress of multidisciplinary deliverables.Key responsibilitiesLead LTE RF planning, design, testing, optimisation and network acceptance.Coordinate and mentor local and remote RF planning, test and optimisation engineers.Manage customer technical discussions, scope of work, requirements, changes and expectations.Review technical submissions, trackers, traceability matrices and verification evidence.Facilitate interdisciplinary checks, independent verification and customer workshops.Work with RAN, EPC, BTN, cybersecurity, safety and RAMS teams.Support project schedules, progress reporting,
