About the Role
CARe Automotive is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our brand-new repair centre in Thornleigh, opening in November ****.
This is a key customer‐facing role, acting as the link between customers, Customer CARe, and the workshop to ensure a smooth, well‐coordinated repair journey.
You'll play a hands‐on role in vehicle intake, customer communication, and repair coordination while supporting safety, quality, and production outcomes.

Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle condition
Clearly explain repair processes, scope, and timeframes
