Key Responsibilities:Create fun, engaging educational experiences that nurture children's wellbeing and curiosityProvide a safe, caring environment where every child feels valued and supportedWork collaboratively with your team to deliver great outcomes for children and familiesRepresent the Catholic Early EdCare philosophy with pride and careInspire a lifelong love of learning in every childBuild strong, trusting relationships with families, educators, and the communityGrow personally and professionally through ongoing learning and development opportunitiesJob Requirements:Hold (or are working towards) a Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services or an ACECQA approved equivalentHold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)Mandatory Child Protection (Geccko)
