This role offers the flexibility of remote work for the right candidate.About the RoleAs a Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing both sale and purchase files for residential units, land, and houses from start to finish.
You will work closely with our client's experienced lawyers, receiving their full support.
Your key responsibilities will include:Managing sale and purchase files for residential properties from initiation to completionDemonstrating excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasksThriving under pressure in a rapid-paced environmentLearning quickly and showcasing strong problem-solving skillsWorking effectively in a team environment while being capable of working independently when neededCommunicating effectively with clients, banks,
