Showcase your exceptional customer service skillsWe provide ongoing training opportunities and supportBuild up your skills in a supportive team environmentWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Lending Specialist to join our Cairns City branch in the Far North.About the RoleAs an experienced Lending Specialist, you will be energetic and driven to identify opportunities to build our business through interactions with existing and recent members within our branches and within the local community.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:initiating quality conversations with members to determine their goals and aspirationsproviding exceptional service to members and structuring deals according to our member's needs and objectives;undertaking lending appointments and completing applications from start through to post settlementretaining existing members by offering appropriate financial solutions that add valueproviding coaching to developing Lenderscontacting prospective members referred by our direct channeldeveloping a network of business referral partners to build the business organicallysupporting the region which includes branches in Cairns, Atherton and Weipa.This is a fulltime salaried position, working a minimum 38 hours per week.About YouTo be considered for this role,
