About the roleWe are seeking Food and Beverage Attendants to join the team at both our Stores, Malvern and Toorak.
This is a Casual or Part-Time Position.
As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of hospitality.
You will be responsible for ensuring guests have a memorable dining and drinking experience whilst supporting the smooth operation of our venue.Key responsibilitiesGreeting guests warmly and professionally upon arrivalTaking orders accurately and efficientlyProcessing payments and handling transactions accuratelyResponding to guest requests and resolving any concerns with professionalism and graceMaintaining knowledge of foodSupporting the kitchen to ensure smooth service flowFollowing food safety and hygiene standards at all timesRestocking supplies and maintaining an organised work environmentWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in food and beverage service, hospitality or a customer-facing roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse guestsStrong attention to detail and organisational abilitiesAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining composureFlexibility and reliability,
