Depending on your experience and competencies, you'll operate machinery such as excavators, Moxy articulated dump trucks, rollers, front-end loaders, graders, dozers, backhoes and skid steers/Posi-Tracks.You don't need experience on every machine.




Whether you're confident on one or two types of plant or bring broader operating experience, we'd love to hear from you.Your Duties Will Include:Safely operating plant within your demonstrated competenciesCompleting excavation, earthmoving and material handling tasksUndertaking levelling, backfilling and compaction worksLoading, transporting or spreading materials as requiredConducting daily pre-start checks and reporting equipment faultsFollowing site plans, supervisor instructions and safety proceduresCommunicating with spotters, labourers and other operatorsCompleting required equipment recordsAssisting with general site duties when requiredAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:A current Construction White CardRelevant plant tickets or evidence of competency for machinery operatedProven operating experience in civil construction or earthworksConfidence working safely around people, other machinery and changing ground conditionsExcellent attendance, punctuality and reliabilityGood communication skills and a team-focused approachA willingness to assist with tasks outside the cab when requiredExperience operating multiple types of plantA current HR licenceExperience across roadworks, drainage or subdivision projectsGPS machine control or final trim experienceAdditional relevant tickets and reliable transportPre-Employment RequirementsSuccessful candidates will be required to complete the applicable pre-employment checks for their position.
