Due to continued growth, they are seeking two enthusiastic and customer-focused Trade Counter Salespeople to join their team on a permanent full-time basis ‐ one position based at Edwardstown and one position based in the Adelaide CBD .
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and being part of a supportive, close-knit team .
Alongside trade counter sales, the role will also involve assisting with order processing, stock handling, and picking customer orders when required .
Working hours are Monday to Friday, with shifts either 6:00am - 3:00pm or 7:30am - 4:30pm.About the RoleAs the first point of contact for customers , you will be responsible for:Providing outstanding customer service to trade and retail customersProcessing sales, quotes,



and customer ordersProviding product advice and supportBuilding and maintaining strong customer relationshipsAnswering phone enquiries in a skilled mannerPicking and preparing customer ordersAssisting with general stock and warehouse duties as requiredAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Previous experience in trade counter sales, internal sales, retail sales, or customer service (building industry experience highly regarded)Excellent communication and relationship-building skillsA confident and professional phone mannerA strong customer-first approachThe ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasksGood computer skills and the ability to learn new systemsA proactive attitude with strong attention to detailThe ability to work collaboratively as part of a teamA good level of physical fitness to assist with order picking and stock handlingWhat's on Offer?
