From coordinating event setups and transporting equipment to supporting bump-ins and bump-outs, you'll help bring extraordinary events to life while ensuring every space is prepared to the highest standard.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on and motivated individual who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.A few of your responsibilitiesSet up, reset and pack down event spaces to meet operational and guest requirementsSafely operate equipment including pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks and other logistics toolsAssist with the transportation of equipment, furniture and event materials throughout the propertySupport event bump-ins and bump-outs, including traffic management and coordination activitiesEnsure event spaces, storage areas and work zones are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and presentationDeliver exceptional guest service by responding professionally to requests and enquiriesParticipate in pre and post shift briefings to support smooth event operationsWork collaboratively with events, food and beverage and hotel teams to deliver memorable guest experiencesAdhere to workplace health and safety, RSA and company compliance requirements at all timesWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in events, hospitality, logistics,



warehousing or a similar operational environmentForklift license or other material handling equipment is highly regardedStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing prioritiesPhysically capable of undertaking manual handling and event setup dutiesCurrent Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification or willingness to obtainA strong commitment to safety and delivering exceptional guest serviceAbout youYou are a reliable and energetic team player who enjoys being part of creating memorable events.
