We're looking for experienced, confident Mental Health Support Workers to join our dedicated team across Brisbane's North and Southside — from Mitchelton, Stafford, Deception Bay to Victoria Point, Thornlands, Annerley, Inala, Marsden, Logan Reserve, Meadowbrook, and Edens Landing.

What You'll Do
As a Mental Health Support Worker, you'll provide tailored, high-quality support in our Specialist Independent Living (SIL) houses and during community access shifts.
Rosters vary to match participant needs — including 1:1 and 1:2 ratios across 24/7 shifts.
Delivering personalised care in line with each participant's individual support and behaviour plansAssisting with daily living activities such as personal care, medication support, and meal prepCreating safe,



supportive environments and proactively managing behaviours of concernEngaging participants in meaningful activities that build independence, confidence, and quality of life
What You'll Bring
We're looking for Support Workers who are not only qualified — but confident, calm under pressure, and committed to growth.
Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)Valid NDIS Worker Screening CheckProven experience in mental health or disability support
