What you'll be doing:Be the approachable,



professional first point of contact for tenants and their guestsManage tenant information in our CRM with accuracy and efficiencyBuild strong relationships with clients from a wide variety of industriesAnswer and manage calls on behalf of tenantsMaintain stock levels and ensure our shared spaces are beautifully presentedAssist with ad hoc admin and secretarial tasksSupport the General Manager, Sales Manager, and Director with administrative tasksHost monthly member events and help foster a sense of communityLiaise with suppliers and contractors, and manage day-to-day office expenditureWe're looking for someone who:Is available Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pmHas 1-2 years of experience in hospitality (ideally hotel reception), administration or travelHas a flexible, can-do attitude and is open to working across multiple Brisbane locations as neededCan work both independently and as part of a small teamCommunicates confidently and clearly, both in writing and in personIs organised, proactive and always ready to go the extra mileIs comfortable with the Microsoft Office Suite and quick to pick up new systemsWhy you'll love working with us:Join a dynamic, tight-knit team that truly values your contributionThrive in beautifully designed, A-grade offices in prime locationsEnjoy regular team dinners, events and a genuinely supportive cultureNo two days are the same!
