Fellini's Trattoria is looking for a passionate Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team and help bring our morning service to life.Located at Howard Smith Wharves, Fellini's Trattoria is all about relaxed Italian hospitality, delicious food and a buzzing waterfront atmosphere.
From perfectly cooked eggs and fresh pastries to Italian-inspired breakfast favourites, we're looking for someone who loves creating great food and enjoys being part of a fast-paced kitchen.As our Breakfast Chef, you'll be responsible for delivering a high-quality breakfast service while keeping your section organised, efficient and running smoothly.Key responsibilities include:Preparing and cooking breakfast dishes to a consistently high standardRunning your section confidently during busy morning servicesPreparing fresh ingredients and ensuring your mise en place is service-readyMaintaining excellent presentation, quality and portion controlWorking closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver a seamless serviceMaintaining high standards of food safety,
