First Choice Care is a nursing agency placing nurses within healthcare facilities.
We're looking for an Early Morning Allocator to own those first few hours of the day: managing sick calls, finding replacement cover, and making sure every facility gets the care it's been promised.What you'll be doingTaking sick calls and last-minute changes from 6:00amQuickly finding and confirming replacement nurses so no facility is left shortKeeping facilities and nurses informed when changes happenUpdating rosters and records accurately as you goFrom 8:00am, as the wider team logs on,
