This could be your kind of casual job.Hidden Door Experiences is looking for energetic, confident and reliable people to join our Sydney event crew.You'll help deliver corporate team activities across Melbourne, ranging from Amazing Races and Sports Days to Survivor experiences and large-scale company events.This isn't your typical hospitality or event staffing role.
You'll be actively involved in running the experience, leading groups, explaining challenges, keeping the energy high and making sure everyone has a excellent time.WHAT YOU COULD BE DOINGDepending on the event, you might:Brief large groups of people and run checkpoints during an Amazing RaceReferee team challenges and sports activitiesLead groups through competitive games and activitiesAssist with event setup and pack downKeep scores, explain rules and manage rotationsMC smaller activities as your confidence growsWork alongside our experienced Event Hosts at major corporate eventsWHO WE'RE LOOKING FORYou don't need formal event experience.We're more interested in people who are:Confident speaking to groupsFriendly, outgoing and professionalNaturally organised and dependableComfortable being active and on their feetInterested in sport, recreation, coaching or eventsAble to think on their feet when things changeHappy working as part of a small event teamThis role can suit people with backgrounds in sport coaching, recreation, fitness, teaching, camp leadership,



hospitality, tourism or community sport.ABOUT THE WORKOur events take place at hotels, parks, conference venues, offices and sporting facilities throughout Melbourne.Most shifts are between 3-4 hours, with the majority being Monday-Friday during business hours so availability during this time is essential.Hours are casual and vary depending on our event calendar, so the role works particularly well alongside study, coaching, another casual job or other flexible commitments.Our Melbourne operations are based in North Melbournealthough events are held right across Melbourne so having access to a car is desirable.ABOUT HIDDEN DOOR EXPERIENCESHidden Door Experiences creates team building activities, corporate events and group experiences for some of Australia's leading organisations.We deliver hundreds of events each year across Australia, from competitive outdoor challenges to creative workshops, game shows and large company celebrations.If you're energetic, reliable and enjoy bringing people together through a little friendly competition, we'd love to hear from you.Your current availability for casual workAny relevant experience in sport, coaching, events, hospitality or working with groupsNo formal event experience is required.
