This role gives you the chance to develop either path.What You'll Be DoingLeasing:Conducting property inspections and viewingsAssisting prospective tenants with enquiries and applicationsSupporting vacancy management across our rental portfolioWorking closely with our property management teamSales support:Hosting inspections for properties listed for saleAssisting with buyer enquiries and follow-upsSupporting sales campaigns as requiredBusiness development (as you grow into it):Assisting with landlord enquiriesIdentifying potential new property management clientsSupporting activities that grow our rent rollWhat we're looking forStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA confident, qualified manner with clientsGood organisation and attention to detailA proactive, positive attitudeAn interest in real estate and propertyA current driver's licenceYou don't need a Certificate of Registration to apply.
However, you must hold one before your start date.
