Chocolate Country is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Shop Assistant to join our growing team in Montville, QLD.
As a casual employee, key role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere in our charming chocolaterie and cafe.
This position offers the flexibility of casual hours of around 25 hours per wekk during Monday to Friday, allowing you to balance work and other commitments.
You will be responsible for serving customers, stock control and assisting with the overall operations of the shop.Key responsibilitiesProviding excellent customer service and creating a positive, friendly experience for all visitorsRestocking and maintaining the retail displays and merchandiseAssisting with general shop duties such as cash handling, cleaning, and light food preparationEnsuring the shop is presented to a high standard at all timesContributing to a collaborative team environment and supporting your colleaguesAbout youPrevious experience in a customer service or hospitality role,
