Wendy's Clean, Care and Support – Hervey Bay QLDThis is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Wendy's Clean, Care and Support as a Casual Support Worker.Working in Hervey Bay, QLD **** and Maryborough ****, or Bundaberg ****, you will be responsible for providing high-quality personal support services to our aged and disability clients.Casual work with the goal of achieving a regular schedule of 30 plus hours per week with regular clients.What You'll Be DoingAssist clients with personal care tasks such as showering, dressing, and groomingProvide companionship and support to clients, engaging them in activities and conversationAssist with appointments and social eventsTransport assistanceLiaise with client families and other care professionals to ensure the best possible outcomesFollow all health, safety and quality standards to deliver exceptional serviceAvailability for Overnights and weekends as well as weekdaysWhat We're Looking ForEnergetic, Hardworking, Reliable staff with an openmind and compassionate naturePrevious experience in a similar role with aged care or disability supportMinimum of 1 year experience in aged care or disability supportAn understanding and empathetic view for those with mental health strugglesStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clientsA caring,
