This is a rapid-paced customer service position where professionalism, organisation and attention to detail are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesGreeting customers and providing a warm, professional first impressionManaging incoming calls, emails and customer enquiriesAssisting with service bookings and appointment schedulingMaintaining accurate customer and vehicle recordsOrdering and maintaining office and customer amenities supplies as requiredSupporting Service Advisors and the wider service team with administrative tasksCoordinating customer lounge requirements and ensuring a premium dealership experienceAssisting with customer follow-up communicationsGeneral reception and administrative duties within the service departmentAbout YouTo be successful in this role,
