TriCare is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee preventative and corrective maintenance across Aged Care Residences and Retirement Communities.This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast‐paced, multi‐site environment and enjoys building a high‐performing team.About the RoleReporting to the Group Facilities and Asset Manager, you will coordinate and deliver TriCare's maintenance program across multiple sites.
You'll lead Maintenance Officers, Central Crew trades staff and contractors to ensure buildings, plant, equipment and grounds are safe, compliant and well‐maintained.Based at TriCare's Head Office (Mt Gravatt) when required, this role includes regular travel to TriCare sites across Queensland.What You'll Be DoingDevelop and implement proactive maintenance schedulesOversee all buildings, plant, equipment and grounds maintenanceManage the Maintenance System for planning, scheduling and reportingPrepare scopes of work, obtain quotes and manage approved projectsMonitor budgets and approve invoices within delegationLead, support and performance‐manage Maintenance Officers and Central CrewConduct site inspections, risk audits and quality checksEnsure WH&S;, legislative and regulatory compliance across all worksWhat You'll BringMinimum 5 years' experience supervising staff in a facilities or maintenance environmentStrong knowledge across trades (electrical, plumbing, mechanical, carpentry,
