This creates an interesting environment for someone who enjoys getting into the detail, finding better ways of working and helping build stronger finance processes rather than stepping into something already perfected.RoleReporting to the Operations Finance Manager, with a strong dotted line to the Head of Finance, this role will become a key finance partner across manufacturing, procurement and logistics.You will have ownership across budgeting, forecasting, product costing and supply chain analysis, but the real chance is what sits around that.There is plenty to improve.
We need someone who can work autonomously, spot issues before they become problems and confidently drive change.
You will be encouraged to question existing processes, improve reporting and find opportunities to take cost out of the supply chain.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn budgeting and forecasting across supply chain costsAnalyse manufacturing, procurement, freight and distribution spendIdentify cost drivers,
