This is a 9 month contract, with the potential to extend or move into another role in the team at the end of the term.You'll run organic social for Muscle Nation and lead the team that makes it.
You'll own TikTok and three Instagram accounts (Main, Food and Mens), covering strategy, content calendar and account performance.This is a hands-on role where you'll film, edit and appear on camera yourself.
You'll take a handover, learn the brand quickly and keep the team moving without a long settling-in period.Key responsibilitiesOwn the organic social strategy for TikTok and three Instagram accounts, with a clear purpose for each accountBuild and run the content calendar around collection drops, product launches, sales and campaignsBalance brand-building content with content that supports launches and salesReport on performance weekly and monthly, and use the results to decide what to make nextKeep across platform changes, trends and what other brands are doing well, and adjust the plan when neededManage the Social Media Specialist and Social Media Coordinator, including priorities, workload and regular one-on-onesReview content before it goes live and give specific, useful feedbackRun weekly planning and ideas sessions with the teamFilm, edit and appear in content yourself, particularly for launches and bigger momentsWork with Partnerships to plan and post content with athletes and creatorsAbout youFour or more years in social media, ideally with a consumer brand in fitness, fashion, beauty or foodExperience managing organic social for accounts with a large, active audienceExperience leading people,
