THE ROLE - KEEP MOVING, KEEP PICKING!
We're looking for operators who know their way around a busy warehouse and aren't afraid of a fast-paced shift!
Your responsibilities may include:Operating Tuggers and Electric Pallet Movers safely and efficientlyHigh-volume order picking with targets of 150+ picks per hourRF scanning and order processingVoice picking (experience highly regarded!)Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatchManual handling and order picking of alcoholic beveragesRepetitive manual handling of products weighing up to 20kgPallet wrapping, stock movement and staging completed ordersMeeting daily productivity, accuracy and safety KPIsKeeping your work area clean, organized and safeTo be considered, you MUST have:Previous experience in a busy warehouse or distribution centreStrong RF scanning and order-picking skillsAbility to consistently meet high-volume picking targetsConfidence performing repetitive manual handling up to 20kgExcellent attention to detail, speed and accuracyA reliable attitude, strong work ethic and excellent attendanceAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable transport (highly advantageous for early starts)IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYINGThis position is based within an alcohol distribution facility and involves the regular picking, packing and manual handling of alcoholic beverages.All applicants must be comfortable handling alcohol and alcohol-related products as part of their daily duties.Applicants must hold a National Police Check issued within the last 6 months or be willing to obtain one as part of the recruitment process.Please note: These positions require a minimum of 6 months' recent Tugger operating experience.
